    I am an RoR newbie looking for a Taipei-based consultant/tutor to help me with a regexp-heavy RoR/MySQL web application. Do you know of anyone in the community here that does freelance consulting/teaching/development work? I am looking specifically for someone with fairly extensive experience with regular expressions and large-database applications. I speak some Mandarin, but English-ability would be a definite bonus.
